What we collect

At checkout we collect the details needed to deliver your order: name, email, optional phone number and delivery address, plus the items ordered. Your bag and display-currency preference are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us except as part of an order.

Payments

Payments run on our self-hosted BTCPay Server. Your payment is pseudonymous on-chain: we receive your order reference, payment status and transaction hash — not wallet keys or card details, and no third-party processor sees your order.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not store payment credentials of any kind.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can clear your bag and saved currency at any time from your browser settings. To review or delete the data attached to an order, contact us with your order reference (S1-…).
