How payment works.
Checkout runs on our own BTCPay Server — self-hosted payment infrastructure with no processor and no custodian in between. You pay in Bitcoin from any wallet, the exact amount is locked for 20 minutes at the current rate, and the payment settles directly to our wallet. Confirmations arrive by email automatically.
How do I pay?
Bitcoin (BTC) on-chain, sent from any wallet. At checkout you receive a secure payment page with the exact BTC amount and address — scan or copy, send, done.
When is the exchange rate locked?
On the secure payment page, immediately after checkout. The quoted amount stays valid for roughly 20 minutes; if it expires you can simply generate a fresh payment link.
What currency is charged?
Orders are priced in USD. The Bitcoin amount is calculated from the USD total at the rate shown on the payment page, so there are no card fees or chargebacks.
How will I know my payment arrived?
Your order status updates automatically on the confirmation page and by email — from “awaiting payment” through “confirmed” and “dispatched”. Keep your order reference (S1-…) for tracking.
Do I need an account or verification?
No. Checkout asks only for your delivery details and email. There is no account, no sign-up and no identity verification — payment is pseudonymous on-chain by design.
Is shipping really flat rate?
Yes — $60 USD to anywhere, tracked and discreet. Your cart shows the complete total before you pay, and the complimentary BAC water is always included.
