Terms of sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Sequence One Peptides are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use. By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution purchasing for legitimate research purposes and that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Orders and pricing

Orders are priced in US dollars (USD). Your cart shows the product subtotal, a flat worldwide shipping rate and the complete total before checkout. An order becomes binding when your payment is confirmed on-chain.

3. Cryptocurrency payments

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) through our self-hosted BTCPay Server instance. Payments settle directly to our own Bitcoin wallet — no third-party processor participates in the transaction. The BTC amount is calculated from the USD total and locked for approximately 20 minutes on the payment page. Send only Bitcoin to the address provided — transactions sent after expiry, or under the quoted amount, may be delayed or require manual reconciliation. Payment finality is determined by network confirmation, not by broadcast.

4. Shipping

Orders ship with tracking to the delivery address entered at checkout. Flat shipping covers dispatch worldwide; delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Risk passes on delivery. Complimentary bacteriostatic water is included with every order.

5. Documents and batch records

Batch-matched documentation (Certificate of Analysis, HPLC, mass spectrometry) accompanies every order where available. Sample records for a specific batch are available on request before purchase.

6. Returns

Because these products are temperature- and integrity-sensitive, returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit or incorrect items delivered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs; we will replace or refund at our discretion.

7. Payment refunds

Approved refunds are issued in Bitcoin or, where impractical, as store credit at the rate applied at refund time. Network fees are non-refundable.

8. Liability and compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase, import and use of research materials in your jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We do not make medical or performance claims about any product.
