How are orders paid for?
Orders settle in Bitcoin through our own self-hosted payment server, which avoids cross-border banking delays and chargeback exposure. A full order record is kept against your reference.
How fast are quotes and dispatch?
Quotes are answered within one business day. Confirmed orders are packed and dispatched with tracking, and the batch documents travel with the shipment.
Can products ship under neutral packaging?
